It prepares those who are looking for a job to know the ins and outs of the interview process. It has different sections for the types of jobs that interview. If someone is working for a Java based job there’s a tab for that. It’s great advice for everyone, even the ones who have already been through the interview process. It’s never a bad idea to freshen up on people skills. This website is very useful. I will use it to my advantage the next time I go into an interview.
